UK (including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands)

We use the Royal Mail. All deliveries are tracked but no signature is required. We can delivery to your work address if that is easier. There will be no delivery charge for orders over £99. Free standard delivery will be automatically applied during the checkout process if the value of your basket exceeds £99. For orders under £99 shipping currently costs £3.99 for Standard 2-3 day delivery, or £7.99 for Express next day delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order the same day if your order is received before 1pm Monday-Friday but delays can occur if we have a high volume of orders. If you have ordered more than one item and not all the items are in stock, we will send you the items separately to save you having to wait. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Proof of delivery supplied by the Royal Mail will be sufficient evidence that the goods have been delivered to your delivery address.

Gift Cards are delivered to you by email. We deliver gift card presentation envelopes for free via the Royal Mail and no signature is required.

Returns

Full priced, sale & discounted items
We offer a full refund, including the cost of UK standard delivery, provided the item:

  • Is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Is in perfect unused, unwashed condition
  • The swing tags have not been removed
  • Is returned with its original packaging
  • Includes a completed returns form

Faulty Items

If any item that you receive is faulty, please return it to us immediately together with a completed returns form. Any item that we receive within 6 months that has a manufacturing fault will be refunded in full, including the cost of postage.

Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt but where we can, we do them quicker. Any monies owing will be credited directly to the card that you used to purchase the original item. If the return includes discounted items or items on offer, please also read the Discounts and Offers section immediately below.

Discounts and offers refunds

Only one discount or offer can be used against a purchase - one code one purchase. Where the discount or offer requires a minimum order or threshold, returning or exchanging items from that order may bring you below that requirement. If that happens the discount will be invalidated.

Gifts and Gift Vouchers

Any item, which has been purchased as a gift, can only returned for an exchange or credit note, provided the item:

  • is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • is in perfect unused, unwashed condition
  • the swing tags have not been removed
  • is returned with its original packaging
  • includes a completed returns form

Please note that the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. Gift exchanges will be recorded on the purchasers order history. Gift cards are emailed directly to you, and are non-refundable. Please note that in all of this your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanges

If you prefer another size, or colour, or even a different item, we are happy to exchange it, provided the item:

  • Is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Is in perfect unused, unwashed condition
  • The swing tags have not been removed
  • Is returned with its original packaging
  • Includes a completed returns form

How to return an item

1. Complete in full the Returns Form you received with your purchase, and include it with the items you are returning, together with all the original packaging. If you have mislaid the form please contact customerservices@xavierathletica.com

2. Attach securely to your parcel the FREEPOST label included with your purchase. If you have mislaid your label please contact customerservices@xavierathletica.com

3. Take the parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office and ensure you receive a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.

Cancelling your order Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACR)

If you are live in the European Union you can cancel your order by giving us written notice, provided you do so within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. You are not however entitled to free returns postage under the ICACR.

To give us notice you must write to us at:

When we receive your notice we will email you a confirmation that you will receive a full refund within 14 days provided:

Please note under the ICACR you are liable for any damage to the items until we receive them, so we recommend that you insure the return shipment, use a trackable delivery method and keep proof of shipment.

Overseas

Delivery
We currently deliver to Europe and the USA.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery and returns outside of the UK. We are endeavouring to achieve more economical rates for our overseas customers.

Delivery to Europe costs £7.99, and delivery to the USA costs £27.99. Our delivery charges do NOT include any customs duty, taxes or handling charges, these are your responsibility.

Import duties and taxes may apply to your delivery which you will be liable for, so please check with you national imports office for more information before you place your order.

We are sorry but we cannot offer free returns to our overseas customers. It is your responsibility to pay all shipping and taxes/duties if you are returning an item to us.

For all returns coming from outside of the UK – ensure your parcel is marked “Goods returned under warranty” as we are not responsible for any customs charges incurred.
