Can I change or cancel my order? —
No, you cannot change your order once payment has been made. You can, if you live in the EU, cancel your order up to 14 days after you have received it but you should read the full implications of this under the Cancellation section of our Returns Policy, as it effects your rights to things like free returns.

What is a pre-order? —
Items on pre-order are either out of stock or are new products. If you pre-order it means you will not have to keep checking to see if it has arrived. Instead we will keep you updated of its progress. 

Why are some items out of stock? —
Some items have sold out quickly, and we are waiting for more stock to arrive. We are a brand new company and unlike the Big Boys we haven’t got vast warehouses of stock. We do however have a very supportive factory, who are turning around our reorders as quickly as they can. We know this can be frustrating but bear with us, as we are growing.


How can I pay? —
You can pay online using: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash. Please note: we cannot split payments between credit cards. 

Will my credit card be charged immediately? —
A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and tag the money for your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is authorised to be shipped. We'll send you an email to let you know when this happens. 

Do you have gift vouchers? —
Yes we have digital gift cards which you can purchase online. You can redeem them during the checkout process using the unique code on the card. There will be a prompt to remind you.

Please note we cannot provide change if your order is below the value of the gift card. If you do not spend the full value of the gift card, the remainder stays as a balance on the card for you to spend another time whilst the card remains valid. 

Do your prices include VAT? — 
Our prices include UK VAT where applicable. 

What currency is the site in? —
Prices are in British Pounds but if you want to see what the price would be in US/Canadian/Australian dollars, Euro’s, or Japanese Yen you can “view only” by clicking on the £ sign top right of the Home page.  


How much does delivery cost? —
Standard UK delivery on all orders over £99. Unfortunately we cannot currently offer free delivery outside the UK.

UK Royal Mail Standard Tracked £3.99 (no signature required). Delivery is 2-3 working days if order placed before 1pm Monday - Friday.

UK Royal Mail Express Tracked £7.99 (no signature required). Delivery is the next working day if the order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday.

European Union £7.99 - Tracked (signature required) Delivery 7-14 days.

USA £ - 
Tracked (no signature required) Delivery 7-14 days.

*Our delivery outside the UK does not include customs duty, local taxes & handling charges.


Can I return an item? —
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we are happy to offer a full refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Do I have to pay for returns? —
If you live in the UK you can use your free returns label that was sent with your order. For all returns coming from outside of the UK you must pay the shipping and any taxes or charges. We suggest you to mark your parcel “Goods returned under warranty”.

What do I do if I have lost my returns form? —
If you mislay the returns form that was sent with your order, simply print out a copy of your order confirmation. Circle the items you are returning, and explain why you are returning them.

Can I return a Christmas present outside of the usual 30 days of purchase? —
Christmas Gifts purchased between 1-25 December can be returned up until the 25th January. All the usual terms of return and exchange still apply. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I exchange an item? —
Yes we are happy to exchange items. See our Returns Policy.

When will I be refunded? —
When we receive your returned item we will credit the card you used to pay for the order, and we will send you an email confirmation.

It takes approx 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account but occasionally up to 7-10 days depending on your bank. 

Fabrics & Care

How do I wash my kit? —
Each garment has washing instructions printed on it, which you must follow. Also see our section on our Fabrics Care page called Washing and Drying, which goes into a little more detail.

Why are you only stocking cotton items? —
We are not, it’s just a good place to start. We are already trialing new products and fabrics.

Where do your fabrics come from? —
From selecting the yarn, the weight, the colour, to the finish it’s all done by us. And then our Portuguese factory skillfully turn it into fabric, before crafting it into sports kit.

Why should I register? —
It makes things easier for you to make purchases. All your details (such as delivery address, preferences, orders etc) will be stored securely, ready to use again.

Is your site secure? —
Absolutely. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption just like the major online stores. We take online security very seriously, as you will see from our Privacy Policy.
